Holi 2021 is here and we can’t wait to celebrate the festival with our friends and family. While Holi is celebrated with colours and water, oftentimes people also indulge themselves in drinking Bhang, a Holi-special drink.

Bhang is predominantly made with buds, leaves and flowers of the female cannabis plant and mixed with ingredients like milk, sugar, saffron, almonds and cardamom. While Bhang can elevate your Holi celebrations, one must always drink it cautiously as it is intoxicating. 

Today we will tell you some important tips which can help you cure that Holi hangover. But first a word of caution, people with heart problems and who suffer from high/low BP should not consume bhang. And it is imperative that you don’t drive after consuming bhang.
