While Gaitonde’s Manali Cream does justice to that scary mental picture, it does not disappoint in terms of flavour. Paan, Thandai mix, milk and Old Monk all go into it. The rum gives a kick to the thandai mix and balances the flavours perfectly. This dangerously potent cocktail is inspired by the most loved street lord, from a recent and popular web series Sacred Games.

It may look like a deserted grave, but that’s where this replica surprises you with the many treats just lying in its depths yet to be dug up and enjoyed. From vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream, strawberry ice cream and compote, marshmallows, RIP cookies, chocolate soil and brownie crumbs. This dessert is a mouthful and definitely worth a try.

Graveyard Sundae 

Ingredients

• 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream 
• 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream 
• 1 scoop of strawberry ice cream
• 3 tbsp of strawberry compote
• 4-5 Marshmallows 
• A handful of brownie crumbs
• 4 tsp chocolate soil
• RIP cookies
• Bat fondant cut

Method 
Place brownie as the bed of the sundae. Add all the three ice-creams. Add one more layer of brownie crumbs along with strawberry compote and marshmallows. Gently press to form a smooth top. Add chocolate soil to create the graveyard texture. Garnish it with a RIP cookie and a bat fondant.

This drink is bound to give you the chills. It’s blood shot appearance not withstanding, once past that you get to taste cherry syrup, Dewar’s white label, a homemade mixed apple syrup lime with some chia seeds.

Ingredients

• 10 ml Cherry syrup,     
• 30 ml Dewar’s white label,
• 10 ml homemade mixed apple syrup 
• 5 ml lime juice 
• 1 tsp soaked chia seeds
• Brain shaped Jello (made with berry jello)

Method: 
Pour all the ingredients in the shaker except chia seeds over ice and shake. Pour into a shot glass. Put the chia seeds on it. Finish with brain jello on the top.
