Veganuary has become a trend of sorts across the globe where after a month of festivities, people choose to detox by going off meat and diary products. The word ‘Veganuary’ can be simply explained as people going vegan in the month of January, and chefs are helping you stick to that vegan diet with some delicious offerings. Here’s a lowdown on vegan dishes you can try.

Enjoy the humble beetroot three ways — roasted, braised and pickled, served with house-grown micro-greens, bread, miso and fresh coconut yoghurt dressing.
