Tiwari, met Governor Kalyan Singh, on Friday and demanded that chief minister Raje vacate Bungalow Number 13, which she has allegedly occupied along with the official Bungalow Number 8. Tiwari has also demanded to collect the rent of bungalow number 13 as per market rate from the CM and also set up a probe to investigate the expenditure that was incurred in bungalow number 13.

Tiwari, while giving the example of governor Kalyan Singh, said that he had also vacated his official bungalow in UP. “In Rajasthan, Chief Minister Raje has kept the bungalow number 13 with her and she also has Bungalow number 8 as a chief minister. Rs 4 crore per year is being spent on bungalow number 8. This will cost the burden on the people,” said Tiwari.

He demanded a high-level probe into the expenses incurred by the state government for the maintenance of bungalow number 8 and expenditure done in bungalow number 13.
