Giving orders to present all the terrorists before court, the jail superintendent Vikram Singh Karnavat has been ordered to be personally present on the next hearing.  Now on January 3, all the terrorists will be presented before the court.

The terrorists of Indian Mujahideen who were planning terror attacks and explosions in Rajasthan were arrested in Jodhpur, Pali and Jaipur on March 23, 2014. The entire network was arrested by Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) team and ten suspects were arrested.

The hearing of this case was to be held in ADJ Court No. 3 on Monday, but due to the leave of the presiding officer Jayaprakash Narayan Purohit, they were presented before Upendra Dave in the ADJ Number 4.

Significantly, due to the presence of four suspected terrorists in the Delhi jail, only six terrorists were presented during all the previous five hearings.

All the terrorists together have not been presented before the court and the proceeding failed to go forward. Public prosecutor Dinesh Kumar Sharma will present the case on behalf of the government during the next hearing.
