On the same grounds, an Astro-Medical Hospital is being constructed in Bhartiya Prachya Jyotish Shodh Sansthan situated in Gom Defence Colony of Vaishali Nagar area in Jaipur.
In this hospital, astrologers will check and analyse the horoscope of the patients. From the study, astrologers will detect the disease and refer the patients to relevant doctors. The inauguration of the 4 storey Astro-Medical Hospital is expected to take place in October or November. This unique hospital will be equipped with 50 beds and 10 astrologers will be available along with doctors for the checkup of the patients.

In this regard, the team of SMS Doctors and Astrologers performed a combined study on various subjects in Bhartiya Prachya Jyotish Shodh Sansthan in the year 2016. A report prepared on the study was then handed over to Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje. The discussion on heart, cancer and other diseases was done during the six months long research.
The astrologers said that there were diseases like cancer earlier as well, but they were known as incurable diseases in astrology as they had no name. Dr Vinay Atre said that they have also done research in the medical field considering the aspects of astrology and found that if the study is done correctly, then astrology can be used effectively in the medical field.
The organisation was registered in the year 1988 and was inaugurated by former Vice President Bhairon Singh Shekhawat in Vaishali Nagar four years later.
