The BCCI Committee of Administrators (CoA) chairman Vinod Rai has been informed about the same through an email. A day ago, RCA ad hoc committee meeting was held and changes in the constitution of the association on lines of Lodha Panel Recommendations and Rajasthan Sports Act were drafted. The same was submitted to the BCCI and registrar of cooperative societies.

On Friday, Saharan approved the new constitution of RCA and the same has also been approved electronically by 20 of the 33 District Cricket Associations (DCAs). He falsely claimed that the constitution was passed on 17 September 2018. In fact, it was the secretary Nandu whose  draft was signed by 16 out of 30 DCAs who attended the General Body Meeting which actually clinically demolishes CP Joshi’s claim,” the statement read.

Joshi who had compelted an year in office earlier this year was removed from the post of president in a coup by Modi group.
