While addressing a press conference, former minister and MLA Rajendra Rathore attacked the Congress party. According to the report of the Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMII), 33 lakh educated unemployed youth fall under this category. The Congress is still playing the game of “Ifs and Buts”, and has only promised to give the amount of Rs 3,000 to only 1 lakh uneducated youth.
While targeting the Gehlot government, Rathore said that the present government is sleeping. As many as 82 people have died in the state due to swine flu, whereas in the last one-and-a-half months, 8 farmers have died due to cold.
Expressing his views about the budget, he said that this interim budget of the Modi government will fulfill the dream of the poor, farmers and youth of the country.
Rathore said that Pradhan Mantri “Kisan Samman Yojana” is a historic initiative for poor farmers having a less than two hectares of land, under which 58 lakh farmers of the state will get the benefit. The decision to give a rebate of 2% in interest of “Kisan Credit Card”, 3% discount on timely loan repayment and relief of 5% in interest will give great relief to the farmers.
Rathore said that the Modi government is continuously working to benefit the people of the middle class in different ways.
Appreciating the “Pradhan Mantri Shramyogi Mandhan Yojana”, he said that more than 100 million unorganised sector workers will get a pension of Rs3,000 per month after the age of 60 years under this scheme
