Soon commuting to Delhi by train will become easier in coming days as the NWR has decided to add one AC chair car in Shatabdi express from March 10. This addition of chair car is being done to ease the passenger rush in New Delhi-Daurai Shatabdi Express.
While there is also good news for the passengers who take the Delhi-Jaisalmer (Malani Express) train from Jaipur. The Railways has now given stoppage of this train at Gatore Jagatpura station. This train reaches Jaipur junction early morning at 4.50 am and has stop of 10 minutes and thereafter it has a stoppage at Gandhi Nagar at 5.08 am.
The people who want to go to Delhi using this train from Jaipur and live in the areas which are closer to Jagatpura, Malviya Nagar, Sanganer and nearby areas have to either go to Gandhi Nagar or Jaipur junction and for that have to get up early. With this stop such passengers can board the train from Gatore Jagatpura instead of going to Gandhi Nagar station thus saving time.
CPRO of NWR Abhay Sharma informed that this train coming from Jaisalmer will arrive at Jagatpura station at 5.19 am and will leave at 05.21 am. While coming back from Delhi, train number 14659 will reach Gatore Jagatpura at 22.54 pm and will leave at 22.56 pm.
Malani express is one of the most popular trains for people going from Jaipur to Delhi. It reaches Delhi Cantt at 10.26 am and Delhi Sarai Rohilla at 10.48 am. The destination of this train is Old Delhi station and it reaches there at 11.15 am.
Since it gives one an entire day to spend in Delhi so it is one of the most preferred trains for professionals, traders and businessmen.
Sharma also informed about temporary addition of coach in Shatabdi and said that this addition has been done from March 10 till March 23 and will benefit the passengers boarding the train from Jaipur, Alwar, Rewari and Gurgaon station by providing additional 78 seats in the train.
