The deceased was identified as Lance Naik Vijay Katoc, a native of Himachal Pradesh.
"The man had tied a noose around his neck and hung himself to a tree. After we got the news, a team rushed to the spot and recovered the body. His family members have been informed about the incident. No suicide note was found that could throw light on why he took such a step. We are investigating the incident," said an official
