During Zero Hour, Heeralal raised the issue of roads in the Niwai assembly segment through a slip. He alleged that Rs 6 crore was allocated for the roads of the Niwai assembly constituency. But the PWD officials spent the amount in Tonk.

He said that during Suraj Sankalp Yatra, CM Vasundhara Raje also said that the condition of the roads in the Niwai region is poor. While talking to Khan, Raigar said, “I have been praying to you for four years. But in four years you did nothing. You just came to announce. After that, nothing happened.

Heeralal said,”Main SC vidhyak hun, isliye aapki much per najrein Inayat Nahi hai.”When Khan started replying, Heeralal went out. When he came back, the Deputy Speaker became angry and said if the member raises the question, he should also listen to the minister’s reply. The deputy Speaker also hauled up Home Minister Gulab Chand Kataria, who gave an assurance that Heeralal will be reprimanded.
