Innovative Helping Hand Society of Jaipur has started an initiative to up the morale of cancer patients. Kashvini Gehlot who is daughter of Himanshi Gehlot the chairperson of the organisation has donated hair to Dr Tanvi Thapar’s programme of “lock of happiness”. The organisagtion has started this drive so that the cancer patients who have lost their self belief because of lose of hair can regain it.
The organisation aims to increase awareness about hair donation among people so that wigs can be prepared for use by cancer patients.
