Pilot was talking to the scribes at the PCC office where he paid floral tributes to former prime minister late Rajiv Gandhi on his 74th birth anniversary. Pilot said that when Raje planned the Gaurav Yatra he had raised the issue of the government funds being used for the same. Now, a PIL has been filed and Rajasthan high court has issued a notice to the government, he said. “I had asked Raje that the party president Amit Shah and other leaders have declared this a political yatra, then why government funds, are being used for it. Even, the BJP state president (Madan Lal Saini) is confused whether he should call it a political or a government yatra,” added Pilot, accusing Raje of misleading people.

“Even after the court issued notice to the government, the state PWD department has invited tenders for her yatra. The CM should come forward and clarify it. The intention of the government is not genuine,” he said.
