The first public rally of Rajasthan Gaurav Yatra instantly struck a chord with the people at JK Stadium. The crowd whipped up a fervent atmosphere from the moment BJP national president Amit Shah and CM Vasundhara Raje delivered a power-packed speech to the time when the CM got down to interact with the people. The response on the day-1 can be said to have given the yatra a box office start.

“Seeing a large number of people here I can say that Rajasthan Gaurav Yatra is turning out to be a Vijay Yatra,” said Amit Shah during his speech which got a thundering applause. Scenes at the venue were maddening as the audience were seen scurrying their way to meet their CM and click selfies with her. The people were awestruck to see Raje accompanied with  Shah and BJP state president Madan Lal Saini as the troika left the venue perched on top of the rath, waving the crowd. Also, the ‘Modi, Modi’ chants at the stadium were relentless and once again underscored the immense popularity of PM Narendra Modi. Even when Raje was making an address, people went on shouting ‘Modi, Modi’ slogans. 

Earlier, parliamentary affairs minister Rajendra Rathore was seen motivating the party workers to raise the slogans.
