WATCH: Deepak Chahar annihilates Jonny Bairstow's stumps in CSK vs SRH clash

Indian pacer Deepak Chahar turned up the heat early on by bagging a huge wicket during Chennai Super Kings' (CSK) much-awaited IPL 2020 clash against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on Friday (October 2).

Earlier in the day, SRH skipper David Warner won the toss and welcomed MS Dhoni's CSK to bowl first at the Dubai International Stadium in Dubai.

While they Hyderabad side sent in Warner and Jonny Bairstow to open the batting, Dhoni handed the new ball to pacer Chahar.

After bowling three back-to-back deliveries away from the batsman, the CSK pacer changed his line and delivered a killer inswinger which caught  Bairstow off guard.

Chahar's darting ripper penetrated the Englishman's defenses and clattered the stumps in emphatic style as SRH were reduced to 1/1 after the first four balls of the innings.

Bairstow returned to the dressing room for a duck after facing three deliveries.
