IPL 2020: Priyam Garg's fielding sends Shubman Gill, Nitish Rana back in quick succession

SunRisers Hyderabad's (SRH) young talent Priyam Garg has made sure to help dismiss two set batsmen - Shubman Gill and Nitish Rana - in the ongoing clash against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).

The two KKR batsmen were sent back in quick succession after SRH skipper David Warner had won the toss and opted to field.

To dismiss Gill, Garg took a splendid dive. The youngster of KKR looked to break the shackles and go for the inside-out loft. The ball skewed off the inside half and it flew to the left of wide long-off where Garg took a full-length diving catch to his left.

As for Nitish Rana, he went for a mighty slog on the leg-side and lack of pace got more height than distance. There was no-one at mid-wicket but Garg sprinted from the deep and covered a good few miles to take the catch. 

The ongoing match saw SRH make two changes to their side. Basil Thampi came in place of Khaleel Ahmed and Abdul Samad replaced Shahbaz Nadeem.

As for KKR, they also made two changes. They brought in Kuldeep Yadav and Lockie Ferguson for Prasidh Krishna and Chris Green.
