Residents of Jammu & Kashmir's Samba are facing acute water scarcity due to decreasing water level. Residents of Padal in Samba informed that they are forced to use contaminated water as they have been facing acute water crisis due to depleting groundwater level. While speaking to ANI, a local said, "We don't have water to meet our basic needs. We travel through bad routes to collect water. Even supply water has been stopped."
