UP Polls Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi casts vote in Rampur

Union Minority Affairs Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi cast his vote at Rampur Constituency in Uttar Pradesh. Voting for the second phase of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Polls began on February 14 at 7 am.
