Two terrorists of Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) were arrested by Delhi Police Special Cell on September 07 after a brief exchange of fire in North West Delhi area. Police also recovered six pistols and 40 cartridges from the possession of the two terrorists who have been identified as Bhupender alias Dilawar Singh and Kulwant Singh. Both the terrorists are also wanted in some cases in Punjab.
