TV channels to give credit titles in Indian languages Prakash Javadekar

Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar announced today that all television channels should give their credits, casts and like details in the Indian language they broadcast. Javadekar said, “It is often seen that the credit titles of various serials and programmes are given only in English language. We have issued notice to all TV channels to give those credit titles in the Indian language in which they broadcast and then if they want, they can give titles in another language as well. We are issuing such orders for cinema also.”
