Tripura Govt engages local clubs to expedite COVID-19 vaccination drive

To further expedite the COVID-19 vaccination and cover the total population of the vulnerable age group above 45 years old, the Government of Tripura has taken a special initiative to engage the various local clubs. The initiative has started in the capital Agartala, hit hard by the COVID. The drive is being organised phase-wise to ensure doorstep facility especially for the elderly population who cannot cover long distances or wait in long queues at the vaccination centers to get jabbed.
