In a unique initiative to keep the city clean, Panchkula Municipal Corporation has launched mini-dustbins for cars so that the commuters don’t drop the waste out of their vehicles. Panchkula Municipal Corporation has tied up with Haryana Navyuvak Kala Sangam NGO for the initiative. The NGO will provide the mini-dustbins to people at nominal prices. Mayor of Panchkula Municipal Corporation, Kulbhushan Goyal said, “To keep the city clean, we're launching several initiatives including biodegradable dustbins for cars.”
