School students in Junas village of Himachal Pradesh’s Chamba district are facing a tough time in reaching their school on time, all thanks to the swelled up ‘Nalas’ between them and the schools. The nalas which have swelled up due to rainfall in the area is becoming more and more dangerous to cross safely. The locals want the administration to install a bridge to cross the swelled up ‘Nalas’. Taking cognizance of the issue, Vivek Bhatiya, the Deputy Commissioner of Chamba district, said, “We are looking at both long and short term solutions, and construction of bridges. We appeal to school students not to risk their lives.”
