Recently, the statue of Swami Vivekananda located inside JNU campus was vandalised by some miscreants amid protests against fee hike and several other issues. While addressing a press conference, JNU administration criticised the vandalism and stated that action will be taken against those who will be found guilty. “Condemn the vandalism done by students. Everything has been recorded. Action will be taken against culprits according to the university guidelines,” said Umesh Ashok Kadam, JNU Professor.
