Surfaces at Bengaluru airport being sanitized every 20-30 minutes CEO BIAL

Domestic flight operations resumed across the country from today (May 25) except in Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal after two months of suspension due to coronavirus-induced lockdown. Till 09:00 am there have been five arrivals and 17 departures and nine flights cancelled, at Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport. While speaking to ANI, the Managing Director and CEO at Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL), Hari Krishnan Marar said, “Today morning onwards, processes have been working very well. All processes have been made contactless. We are screening all passengers.” “All the surfaces are being sanitized every 20-30 minutes,” he added.
