Suffering from frequent coal fires residents of Jharkhand’s Bokaro pledge to boycott LS polls

Residents of Bokaro district in Jharkhand have pledged to boycott the ongoing Lok Sabha elections citing government’s inefficiency in controlling the frequent fire incidents in nearby coal mines. “People are suffering from severe health problems due to smoke by coal fire. If government can't find solution, then why will we vote when we are dying?” asked a local.
