Senior medical officer of Ludhiana Civil Hospital, Dr Geeta said that stray dogs have become a menace in Ludhiana. Speaking to ANI, she said, “There has been a minor increase in dog bite cases. There are many reasons for it, not just one. Injections are available in the hospital. Dog homes should be built for stray dogs, it has now become a menace, no doubt about it."
