‘Stalling Parliament was pre-planned by opposition’ Pralhad Joshi

Union Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Pralhad Joshi while addressing a press conference tried to ‘explain’ the series of events that unfolded during the monsoon session of Parliament. He claimed that it was pre-planned by the opposition to not allow the Parliament to function. He also claimed that the bills were up for discussion but the opposition didn’t allow it.
