Normal life has been affected in Srinagar as temperature dipped. Weather change also led to partial freezing of famous Dal Lake. A local said, “We came to Dal Lake yesterday, the temperature was -7.8 degrees Celsius. Water in taps is frozen. We even tried crossing Dal Lake but we couldn't as it is all frozen.”
