Shashi Tharoor hopes Congress will re-build from a ‘disappointing’ result

While speaking to ANI on Congress party leading in Kerala, Congress leader Shashi Tharoor said, “The state has become an exemplar for what the politics of the Congress nationally could be. I just hope we will be able to re-build from the very disappointing result nationally.”
