Senior Indian Police Service (IPS) officer Sanjay Arora on August 31 took charge as Director-General of the elite mountain-trained Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP). Outgoing DG SS Deswal was also present at the occasion. Arora belongs to the 1988 batch of IPS officers.
