Residents of Chilla village in National Capital are facing acute water shortage due to less supply in the area. People were seen standing in long queues to wait for their turn to fill sufficient water for storage. Many slum sectors in the national capital lack of water connections, leaving residents fully reliant on borewells or tanker water to live. Delhi Jal Board is its using water tankers to provide water to the people of Chilla village.
