A police jawan was allegedly killed by naxals near his house in Penta in Chhattisgarh’s Sukma on the night of May 11. His wife narrated the incident and said, "We were sleeping when 5 people entered our house. He tried to escape but they caught him. They demanded keys to his tractor and phone. Then, they killed him." However, body has been sent for post-mortem, police is yet to confirm the reason behind the incident as of now. SDOP of Dornapal, Akhilesh Kaushik said, “We went there and found his body 50 metres away from his house. We brought his body to mortuary, it'll be sent for post-mortem. FIR will be registered and action will be taken. Nothing can be said as of now. Naxals role can't be denied and personal dispute can't be ruled out either.”
