Uttar Pradesh’s Hapur Police arrested a hookah bar operator and 11 others on October 05 who were consuming intoxicating materials. Speaking to ANI, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) of Hapur, Dr Tejveer Singh said, “Based on the information, police have raided a hookah bar in Rajni Vihar of Pilkhuwa police station area.” “The police arrested its operator and 11 others who were consuming intoxicating tobacco products inside the bar,” he added. The police have also seized bikes, mobiles and different flavours of tobacco from the arrested persons. Further investigation is underway.
