People throng vaccination centre in Noida, Social distancing norms flouted

Even as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to be a massive concern for the government, people still seem to have carefree attitude towards the virus. Chaos unfolded at vaccination centres in Noida on July 5 as people queued up to take their vaccine jab. People thronged at District Government Hospital in Sector-30, defying social distancing norms. Chief Medical Superintendent Dr Renu Aggarwal said, “For last 2 days, we were getting fewer dosses. Today, we got 3000 vaccines. Our staff is there to aware people to follow COVID norms. We also made a new centre.”
