Advisor to the Jammu and Kashmir Governor, K Vijay Kumar on August 28 briefed the media persons about the current situation of the Valley after the abrogation of article 370 of the Indian Constitution. He said that administration is gradually opening up the schools in Jammu and Kashmir, the situation is different and administration is taking measures according to the situation. The advisor to J&K Governor also informed that the communication channels will be ultimately lifted but he didn’t share by when Jammu and Kashmir is under high security after the abrogation of Article 370, which gave special status to the Valley.
