A single dose of COVID-19 vaccine would be sufficient for those who have been previously infected with the virus, a new study has found. AIG Hospitals, Hyderabad recently published a study conducted on 260 healthcare workers who got vaccinated between January 16 and February 5 in the International Journal of Infectious Diseases. All patients were administered Covishield vaccine. The study showed that the previously infected showed a greater antibody response to a single dose of vaccine compared with those who had no prior infection.
