Odd-Even scheme Manish Sisodia leaves for office on bicycle

Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia left from his residence on a bicycle in the national capital on November 04. He left for his office on a bicycle when the odd-even scheme is currently in operation in Delhi. In order to curb air pollution, the Arvind Kejriwal led-government has announced the implementation of the odd-even scheme from November 04-15. On November 01, the Supreme Court-mandated Environment Pollution (Prevention and Control) Authority (EPCA) declared a public health emergency in Delhi due to rising air pollution levels.
