At an inaugural function in Telangana’s Rajanna Sircilla Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao lost his temper. He pulled out ribbon after not getting a scissor for cutting the ribbon. He was inaugurating 2BHK houses for loom workers and homeless poor. Under dignity housing scheme, state government had built around 1,320 2BHK at a total cost of Rs 80 crore in around 26 acres of land in Medipally.
