Mutual trust between India Chinese PLA evaporated post Galwan incident Eastern Command

While addressing the media in West Bengal’s Kolkata on December 16, GoC-in-C of the Eastern Command, Lieutenant General Anil Chauhan spoke on occasion of Vijay Diwas 2020. Lieutenant General said, “I would like to say that there have been no intrusions or major face-offs in Eastern Command area since friction eructed in Ladakh. Post the Galwan incident, the bonhomie and the mutual trust on Line of Actual Control (LAC) between us and Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) evaporated and will take time to stabilise,” he added.
