Mistaken for CAA NRC surveyors people held hostage in Bihar’s Darbhanga

On suspicion of NRC and NPR survey, villagers of Jhagarua in Bihar’s Darbhanga held hostage private company employees on Feb 01. The locals created a ruckus by holding 4 women and 9 men over suspicion. The police arrived on the spot and somehow managed to evacuate the people. All people were released after the police investigation.
