Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha claimed that in the last 16 months, the union territory has transformed into a land of opportunities with forward looking policy to guarantee prosperity and economic success. Further, Sinha outlined the benefits of the industrial scheme worth Rs 28,400 crore. 'The industrial scheme is from the period of date of notification up to the year 2037 with a total outlay of Rs 28,400 crores,' said Lt Governor Manoj Sinha at an event in Jammu.
