A man dressed up as Lord Hanuman warned people to remain indoors amid coronavirus lockdown. He played this character on the auspicious occasion of ‘Hanuman Jayanti’ in Uttar Pradesh’s Moradabad. He carried a placard with an awareness message written on it-‘Stay inside your home during lockdown, I am in your heart’. ‘Hanuman Jayanti’ was celebrated across nation on April 08 to commemorate the birth of Lord Hanuman. Temples were closed keeping in mind the COVID-19 threat. There are total 372 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Uttar Pradesh including three deaths and 26 cured. According to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the total number of COVID-19 active cases rose to 4714 in India and 149 deaths.
