A video surfaced online where a man was seen with a liquor bottle challenging the liquor ban. The man was identified as Subhash Kumar. Later, Sitamarhi Police arrested him for making such mockery video. One of the police officials said, “Taking cognizance of viral videos, we have arrested him. During interrogation, he accepted that he has been making such videos.”
