Maharashtra govt declares July 2 as public holiday

Mumbai received intense spells of rain. It led to water logging in several parts of the city. Meanwhile, railway tracks were also submerged at Sion railway station, after heavy rains in the area. As per IMD, intense spells of rainfall is likely to continue in the districts of Mumbai in the next 2 hours. Maharashtra government declared July 2 as a public holiday.
