A new initiative called 'beggar-free city' is being started in the city of Nagpur, informed Commissioner of Police Amitesh Kumar on March 09. “Notification of 144 CrPC has been issued in this regard. Notices have been served to people. We will strictly enforce this and begging will not be allowed in public places,” said CP Amitesh Kumar.
