Locals rescue children after school van gets stuck in waterlogged underpass in UP’s Kushinagar

When a school van carrying 8 children got stuck in a waterlogged underpass in Uttar Pradesh’s Kushinagar, locals came in to rescue the students. All 8 children were rescued of the van which was halfway submerged into the water, and the driver of the van was arrested for deliberately trying to cross the waterlogged area even after the locals alerted him of the situation.
