The Central Government on July 22 approved establishment of a Central University in the union territory of Ladakh. While addressing a press conference in Delhi, Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur said, “With the cost of Rs 750 crore, a Central University will be built in the union territory of Ladakh”.
