The jet-shaped vehicle which runs at 15-20km/h speed was designed by an architect from Punjab's Bathinda inspired by Rafale. 'This (vehicle) cost me about Rs 3 lakh and will be displayed in my (soon to be launched) cultural park for people, who can't afford flying so that they can fulfil their dream in some or the other way. Its name 'Punjab Rafale' is inspired from Rafale (jets),' said Rampal Behaniwal, Architect.
