The Jammu and Kashmir government will set up three internet kiosks with professional staff in every District Commissioner’s office in the Kashmir Valley, for the submission of pre and post Matric scholarship forms. Jammu and Kashmir is facing restrictions since Article 370 was revoked from the state on August 05. However, the government is saying that restrictions are being lifted in a phased manner.
